Tell Your Story is our social prescribing, creative health project for adults with multiple health conditions.
In autumn, we are hoping to launch our fourth Tell Your Story project. Across 10 sessions, in a playful, supportive environment, participants will work with professional artists to create work which is reflective of their individual journey.

The exact details of the autumn course are still being decided, but we are currently taking expressions of interest. As this is an NHS funded programme, to be eligible for this course, you need to meet two of the below NHS criteria.
If you have been on one of our Tell Your Story programmes before, you are able to join our waitlist. As an NHS funded programme, we have to prioritise new sign ups. However, if we do not fill the programme, we will be able to offer places to those who have already completed a course with us.
