Tell Your Story is our social prescribing, creative health project for adults with multiple health conditions.

In autumn, we are launching our fourth Tell Your Story project.

Across 10 sessions and in a safe, playful environment, work with professional artists to explore mixed-media, creative writing, and stop motion animation. You will be supported and guided to learn new skills and create pieces which reflect your interests and personal journey.

Sign up by clicking the pink button above and filling out the form. Our producer, Chloe, will then be in touch to confirm your place.

As this is an NHS funded programme, to be eligible for this course, you need to meet two of the below NHS criteria.

If you have been on one of our Tell Your Story programmes before, you are able to join our waitlist. As an NHS funded programme, we have to prioritise new sign ups. However, if we do not fill the programme, we will be able to offer places to those who have already completed a course with us.
