Welcome to our beautiful independent Café & Bar.
We're open throughout the week serving delicious snacks and drinks.
With plenty of comfortable seating over two floors and a balcony overlooking Theatre Square, you’ll love the relaxing vibe as well as our food and drink! We’re open 10am – 3pm from Mon – Sat, as well as during showtimes.
Please note that for matinee performances, we stop taking menu orders from an hour before the show. For evening performances, we only serve items from our deli counter.

Food and drink
We offer delicious locally sourced produce – freshly made cakes, savouries and pastries, homemade soup, toasted sandwiches and there’s always a special snack of the day.
Choose from our freshly made Fairtrade coffee, a range of teas and soft drinks or treat yourself to something at the bar!
Please note that we only serve light snacks and refreshments from 1 hour before a show starts.
Meeting friends and networking

Good Journey
The New Wolsey Theatre is delighted to be a Good Journey attraction and are offering a 15% discount in our Café & Bar to all customers who take a car-free journey to our theatre to see a show! All you need to do is present your show ticket along with your train or bus ticket, or a photo of your bike at the Café & Bar to receive your discount.
