• You can visit our website, where you can find more information about all of our upcoming shows.
• You can ring our Box Office where our staff will answer any questions you may have and will be able recommend shows you may enjoy.
• If you have any worries about the content or subject matter of any show, please discuss when booking and our staff will advise.

No, there is no dress code. You can wear everyday clothes or dress up if you prefer. We suggest that you wear something comfortable, as you may be seated for some time.

• Yes, but if you are worried about breast-feeding in the auditorium, please speak to a member of staff and they can advise of options to give you privacy.
• There may be some shows that would not be suitable for babies, and this information will be on our website, or you can speak to our box office staff and they can advise.

• Please find a member of staff and we will find an appropriate time and place for you to enter the auditorium. If there is space, we will try to put you at the back of the auditorium so as not to disturb the other audience members.  You can then find your seats at the interval.

The theatre bar serves a variety of snacks, sweets and drinks, but if you prefer, you can bring your own.  However, due to our license, we cannot allow you to bring your own alcoholic drinks.

• You can. But please be aware that noisy packaging and strong smells can be distracting for the performers on stage and other audience members.
• It may be worth transferring any sweets or snacks out of noisy bags before you arrive.

We prefer that it is switched off, but if you need to have it on, please make sure it is on silent and the screen brightness is turned right down.  The lights and sounds from your phone can be distracting for the performers.

• Not all shows feature audience participation, in fact most do not.
• Some shows may feature audience participation, however, you can join in as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
• Shows, such as our pantomime, will sometimes feature interaction between actors on stage and audience members closer to the front. If this would make you uncomfortable, please discuss with the box office, when booking, and they will be able to suggest seating that would best suit you.

• Talking in the auditorium whilst the show is on can be distracting for both performers and audience around you. It may be better to wait until the interval to start conversations.

• You are free to leave the auditorium at any point, and there will be ushers on hand to assist you.
• However, please be aware that it can be distracting, for both audience and performers, if there is a lot of movement in and out of the auditorium.
• If you need to leave the auditorium at any point, please do so as quickly and quietly as possible.

• Any member of staff will be able to help you if you have a problem.
• There will always be a duty manager available to answer any concerns or complaints, ask any staff member to point you in their direction.
• During a performance there will be ushers in the auditorium who you can speak to if you have a problem.
