A creative writing and print-making progamme open to all skill levels!
Tell Your Story is a social prescribing, wellbeing programme, led by a team of professional artists. Our Autumn 2025 project will focus on creative writing and print-making skills. Over 12 sessions, in a safe, playful and supportive environment, two professional artists will introduce you to new creative skills and support you on a journey to expressing yourself. It will be a chance to have fun, meet like-minded people and get creative.
As an NHS funded project, those signing up need to be 18+, living in Ipswich or Eat Suffolk and meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Respiratory conditions
- Hypertension
- Heart Failure
- Hypertension
- Substance misuse
- Learning Disabilities
- Mental Health conditions
- Atrial Fibrillation
- Social determinates
- Peripheral Arterial Disease
- Rheumatoid Arthritis
- Stroke and Transient Attacks
- Secondary Prevention of coronary heart disease
- Asthma
- Obesity
- COPD
- Cancer
- Dementia
- Diabetes
- Epilepsy
- Smoker
- Osteoporosis
