We’re keeping the show on the road here at the New Wolsey Theatre!

All auditorium performances of Jack and the Beanstalk are still going ahead. We’ve got cleaning and ventilation covered; our cast, crew and staff are all being super careful and keeping our spaces clean and sanitised.

You can help us by wearing a face covering during your visit, both in the foyer and in your seats. If you’ve forgotten your face mask, don’t worry – we’ve got free, disposable ones available for you to use on a table in our foyer.

You won’t need to provide a Covid pass to join us in the theatre.

Other measures in place are:

• Hand-sanitising stations are located around the theatre for your use. Please wash and/or sanitise your hands regularly while you are here.
• All of our staff will be wearing face masks and we ask you to wear yours too for the entirety of your visit, unless you’re exempt or are actively eating and drinking.
• Twice-weekly testing for our staff, cast and crew is in operation and will continue to be throughout the run of the show.
• The auditorium is fogged between every performance and has a good ventilation system.
• Government test-and-trace QR codes are displayed around our foyer for you to scan on your phone upon your arrival. The New Wolsey Theatre is also part of the See It Safely scheme, so you can be assured that we are following both government and performing arts guidance around Covid-19.

You can swap your tickets over from auditorium to livestream if you wish, and make a donation to the theatre if it allows you to save money, and, of course, we will give you a refund if you prefer. Please contact our Box Office on 01473 295900 or at tickets@wolseytheatre.co.uk to find out more.

Please do not come to the theatre if you are displaying symptoms of, or have tested positive for, Covid-19.

If this happens, please give us a call on 01473 295900 as soon as you can, so we can move you to another performance or issue you with a refund as you request.
