The New Wolsey Theatre gets a #SceneChange

25 Jul 2020 News

The national #MissingLiveTheatre campaign by #SceneChange has seen theatres and arts venues around the country decorated with pink and white tape, as a nod to the pause the industry has taken due to coronavirus. The tape, which reads ‘Missing Live Theatre’ and ‘#SceneChange,’ represents the theatre industry’s status of waiting in the wings, ready to come back as soon as it’s safe, and creates a physical link between all venues as we face this crisis together.

The New Wolsey Theatre has taken part in the campaign, getting a make-over and looking pretty in pink to lift up the community’s spirits while in lockdown. Enjoy the pictures below!
