We are following Government advice and have closed our theatre and offices. All our shows have been cancelled until September but we are selling tickets for our Rock ‘n’ Roll panto and our Autumn Season online.

If you have tickets for a show that has been cancelled we will be contacting you by email if we have an email address for you, or by telephone if we don’t.

We appreciate your patience while our dedicated staff work through this task.

Our answerphone will be checked daily, Monday to Friday.  If you need to leave a message, please ensure you leave your name and a contact number.

A member of our team will call you back as soon as possible.  This may take up to 48 hours and again, we appreciate your patience.

Finally, our thoughts are with you, our loyal patrons and friends.  We know these will be difficult times for everyone.  We’ll be keeping in touch by email if you are on our mailing list, and through our website and social media.

We wish you all well and look forward to welcoming you back to the New Wolsey Theatre when this is all over.

While turning tickets into donations for the theatre is greatly appreciated, we understand that this isn’t possible for everyone. We will refund your tickets to your New Wolsey account or to a card if you would like us to.

You can secure tickets for our pantomime and the Autumn Season shows by visiting our website. Our staff will be working behind the scenes to make sure we are ready to re-open in September.

Autumn Season will be on general sale from 10am on Saturday 11 April
