Combining compelling story-telling with highly physical choreography and humour, RockBottom skyrockets between the highs, lows, ecstasy and despair with heart warming honesty.

The second part of the evening will be a post show discussion giving space to reflect on the show, with a challenge to explore the impact of vulnerability and shame with honesty, compassion and empathy.
