A special community performance, where a small group of local people will step out onto the stage of the New Wolsey Theatre.

From new-born baby to senior citizen, the project weaves together personal reflections and ambitions, past and future lives; to create a ‘story of a lifetime’. When I Was Old/ When I Get Young is made in response to Shakespeare’s famous Seven Ages of Man speech and captures what we’ve come to understand about being human. It is a unique story-telling experience that considers how we change over time.
