Edward II: Dancing Tunes

The image shows a colourful work of art showing two women dancing while a drummer plays behind them.

Edward II were born of the 80’s Rock Against Racism movement and have spent 30 years celebrating the importance of black culture and heritage within British society.

Utilising our shared musical traditions, and the similarities across so much of the all worlds cultural music, the band are living proof that there is more that unites than divides us.

They have travelled the globe, performing across 5 continents and over and 50 countries including every country in Europe, across the Far East and North Africa, and almost every state of America and province of Canada; sharing their positive message to people all across the world. The band were signed to Cooking Vinyl in the UK and Rhythm Safari in the US.

‘Look, to be blunt this is finest album I’ve heard so far this year and will more than likely still hold that high praise come the end of 2021 too. Five stars and no mistake, ‘Dancing Tunes,’ is sensational and essential at the same time. Quality.’ – Simon Jones, Spiral Earth.

This performance is at 6:30pm on Saturday 17th July
