“In the quantum multiverse, every choice, every decision you’ve ever and never made exists in an unimaginably vast ensemble of parallel universes.”

The average adult makes about 35,000 choices per day. When theoretical physicist Marianne and beekeeper Roland meet at a barbecue, it takes only a single choice to reshape the course of their lives forever. Within one choice, there is infinite possibility.

Constellations is a love story that breaks through the boundaries of space and time, exploring how free will, science and romance intertwine.

Constellations marks the inaugural production from Empty Stages. Our mission is to provide both a platform and financial support for emerging theatre-makers in East Anglia, creating relevant and thought-provoking theatre to entertain and inspire audiences.
