Handstands: An introduction to being Upside Down

Join us for a fun introduction to handstands, headstands and variations of both! A series of practical exercises to help you learn the basics of balancing, and to build strength and confidence upside down. Learn how to support each other through movements and balances and explore handstands in a creative way. Taught by Tamzen Moulding.
