The following terms and conditions apply to all tickets sold by the New Wolsey Theatre on behalf of Pacitti Company.

Tickets

Due to our small capacity and the necessity to make payments for materials and services to run our events in advance, we unfortunately are unable to offer refunds for tickets once booked.

If the event is sold out, we may at our discretion resell the ticket for you and if the ticket is re-sold, we will refund you the ticket amount less a 10% administration charge (minimum £2.50).

This re-sale offer is not available for courses or classes after the first event in the series, as sales for these close at the first session.

If you require a companion / carer you are entitled to one free ticket with your ticket purchase.

If the event is for children, your ticket grants access for one adult and one child.

Tickets may be collected at the Pacitti Company Think Tank from 30 minutes before the event, or in advance at the New Wolsey Theatre Box Office. We do not reserve or post out tickets for our events.

Think Tank Membership

Our annual memberships are for the Pacitti Company Think Tank.

Most events at the Think Tank will be eligible for membership discounts. We may occasionally produce events that need to remain outside of membership discount eligibility and these events will be clearly identified online.

Membership benefits are not applicable to the SPILL Festival of Performance or at The New Wolsey Theatre.

Think Tank Membership entitles you to purchase one discounted ticket for each event, and to discounts on Think Tank space hires and drinks purchased at the Think Tank Bar. Full Membership entitlement information can be found on our Membership page online.

Think Tank Memberships are non-refundable.

Membership discounts are non-transferrable. You’ll need to bring your membership card with you to the Think Tank to get the bar discount.

Pacitti Company Members may hire spaces at the Think Tank for themselves or on behalf of their Company.  The membership discount will be applied to the prevailing rate for the type of organisation. Space hire rates and bookings can be found on the Hire Our Spaces page online. Members must be in attendance for the duration of the event.

Pacitti Company work in partnership with The New Wolsey Theatre who provide our Box Office service and sell our tickets and memberships. The New Wolsey is therefore legally the data holder and work to strict privacy standards detailed in the New Wolsey Privacy Policy online.

In terms of data protection laws, this partnership makes Pacitti Company a ‘third party’, and therefore Think Tank Members must agree for the New Wolsey to share your data with us to enable us to send you information about our programme. (This permission is granted as a standard procedure during the purchase of your membership)

If you are buying Gift Membership for someone else, the membership card will be sent to you for you to give. The recipient will need to activate their membership by calling the New Wolsey Box Office and setting up their account to enable discounts to be applied.

We reserve the right not to grant membership, at our sole discretion, and we also reserve the right to revoke membership at which point you may at our discretion be offered a full refund for the remaining period.

Pacitti Company reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions from time to time.  We will always inform you of any change, and the latest terms and conditions will always be on our website.
