TERMS & CONDITIONS as of Monday 3 December 2007

Tickets can only be refunded or exchanged up to 48 hours before the performance.

Refunds, and exchanges to a different production, will be subject to a fee of £2.00 per ticket.

Tickets are accepted by the box office within 48 hours of the performance for re-sale only but this cannot be guaranteed. A charge of £2.00 per ticket will apply if re-sale is successful.

If you are unable to attend the performance, please contact the Box Office as soon as possible to maximise the chance of re-selling your ticket(s).

Ticket re-sales are subject to the same discounts and concessions as currently published, so the face value of the ticket cannot be guaranteed upon re-sale.

Exchanges or re-prints of tickets have to be collected from the Box Office in person. Any tickets purchased without a customers details attached, cannot be re-printed if lost/stolen/misplaced etc.

Any postage and/or card charges are non-refunable.

Tickets booked as part of a Subsribe & Save or Beat Pass transaction can only be exchanged, they cannot be refunded, unless all tickets are surrended and the events are still to happen.

Early Run 2 For 1 offer excludes lowest price band, has limited availability and is not available to purchase online.

Under 26? offer is excluded from shows where the lowest published ticket price is below £7.95.

Subscribe & Save and Beat Pass, are applicable per person.

Ticketing offers issued, cannot be used against tickets that have already been purchased, unless expressly stated in the offer.

£5 Ticket offer to first time attenders
-The New Wolsey will send a voucher entitling first time bookers, who also join our mailing list, to 2 tickets costing £5 each.
-The voucher will be sent after the new booker has attended the performance.
-A first time booker will be classed as someone who has not booked for any event or activity through the New Wolsey Box Office facilities, including acting as an agent for other companies, previously.
-Groups, organisations, Jellybean Club members and schools are excluded from this offer.
-First time bookers are per household, multiple bookers at the same address may not receive multiple vouchers.
-Voucher terms and conditions will apply.
-The New Wolsey Theatre Co. Ltd reserves the right to withdraw this offer without prior notification
