Online booking is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can choose your own seats and, for most productions, print your tickets at home.

To expedite the sales process it would be great if you have the following information to hand when telephoning the theatre: Your name and full address, daytime telephone number, the performance date and time, number of tickets you require, your preferred price band, and any requirements. We are also happy to recieve TextRelay calls.

We don't charge booking fees but if you would like us to post your tickets we'll ask for £1.00 to cover costs. Tickets booked 5 days or fewer before the performance will be held for you to collect on the door. If you need to exchange or reprint tickets, you will be asked to collect them in person from the Box Office.
Reserved tickets (those awaiting payment) will be held for up to 5 days.
If calling outside office hours or during peak times, you can leave your booking order on the answering machine or just ask us to call you back - don't forget to leave us your details!
Discounts and Concessions
PLEASE NOTE: Only one discount or concession can be applied to each ticket. Some discounts might not be available online and they all exclude tickets priced £10 or less. The Open Season events have different concessions arrangements.

Any seats still unsold on the day of the performance are available to anyone aged under 26, when buying in person, for £5. Evidence of age required. Look out for shows where we offer this unmissable price in advance!
