To expedite the sales process it would be great if you have the following information to hand when telephoning the theatre: Your name and full address, daytime telephone number, the performance date and time, number of tickets you require, your preferred price band, and any special requirements.

There are no extra charges when you pay by credit or debit card. If you choose to have your tickets posted, there will be a postage charge of 50p. Tickets booked 5 days or fewer before the performance will be held for you to collect on the door. If you need to exchange or reprint tickets, you will be asked to collect them in person from the Box Office.
Reserved tickets (those awaiting payment) will be held for up to 5 days.
If calling outside office hours or during peak times, you can leave your booking order on the answering machine or just ask us to call you back - don't forget to leave us your details!
Discounts and Concessions
PLEASE NOTE: Only one discount or concession can be applied to each ticket. Some discounts might not be available online and they all exclude the lowest price band and flat rate prices. The Community Season Events have different Concessions arrangements. Please see the individual show pages for details.
But don’t worry; we will always work out the best option!
Concessionary Prices
Over 60s (Mon-Thurs only), Under 16s, full-time students, disabled people and those
on unemployment benefits. Excludes lowest price band. In some instances, we may require proof of your eligibility when you collect your tickets. Those accompanying a disabled customer to facilitate their visit will be offered a complimentary ticket.
A Fiver for Under 26s
Any seats still unsold on the day of the performance are available to anyone aged under 26, when buying in person, for £5. Evidence of age required.
Group Discounts
Our new and improved group discount (applies to full price tickets only) offers £3 off
each ticket for groups of 10+, £4 off each ticket for groups of 25+ and £5 off each
ticket for groups of 50+. The group organiser will receive a free ticket in return for all
their hard work! When you book 10+ tickets your details will be added to our group
database to provide you with advance information to help forward planning.

Schools, Colleges & Youth Groups
(MINIMUM GROUP SIZE - 10)
£8.50 per ticket for everyone in the group (yes, teachers included). We will offer one complimentary ticket to a supervising adult(s) with every ten students and find the best seats for you too.
