Seared Sea Scallops with Pork Belly, chilli dressing.
Grilled Tiger prawns, Asian Vegetable Salad with mint, lime and chilli dressing.
Grilled goat's cheese, pecan, pear and roquette salad and aged balsamic dressing. (V)
Main Courses
Honey glazed confit of duck, caramalised fennel, mash and spiced orange sauce
Rump steak burger, blue cheese, skinny fries spiked in garlic and parsley.
Quayside Fish Pie; with melting Keens cheddar herb crust; sauté of new seasons greens
Penne pasta, slow roast tomato sauce, black olives and crumbled feta. (V)
