To expedite the sales process it would be great if you have the following information to hand when telephoning the theatre: Your name and full address, daytime telephone number, the performance date and time, number of tickets you require, your preferred price band, and any requirements. We are also happy to recieve TextRelay calls.

When there is no performance, we close at 6.00pm
Sundays and Bank Holidays : 2 hours before the scheduled start time.
We have a low level service counter and a hearing loop at the Box Office.

There will be limited Box Office facilities at venues not permanently run by The New Wolsey, on performance nights. Regretably, in most cases, we will be unable to accept card payments on the door at these venues.
We don't charge booking fees but if you would like us to post your tickets we'll ask for £1.00 to cover costs. Tickets booked 5 days or fewer before the performance will be held for you to collect on the door. If you need to exchange or reprint tickets, you will be asked to collect them in person from the Box Office.
Reserved tickets (those awaiting payment) will be held for up to 5 days.
If calling outside office hours or during peak times, you can leave your booking order on the answering machine or just ask us to call you back - don't forget to leave us your details!
