We want you to enjoy your experience with the New Wolsey Theatre and as we all hate nasty surprises please read the terms and conditions on this page so you know what we will do for you after you have purchased tickets or gift vouchers with us should you later find you are unable to attend.

TICKETS

  • Tickets can only be refunded or exchanged up to 48 hours before the performance.
  • Refunds, and exchanges to a different production, will be subject to a fee of £2.00 per ticket.
  • Tickets are accepted by the box office within 48 hours of the performance for re-sale only but this cannot be guaranteed. A charge of £2.00 per ticket will apply if re-sale is successful.
  • If you are unable to attend the performance, please contact the Box Office as soon as possible to maximise the chance of re-selling your ticket(s).
  • Ticket re-sales are subject to the same discounts and concessions as currently published, so the face value of the ticket cannot be guaranteed upon re-sale.
  • Exchanges or re-prints of tickets have to be collected from the Box Office in person. Any tickets purchased without a customers details attached, cannot be re-printed if lost/stolen/misplaced etc.
  • Any postage and/or card charges are non-refunable.
  • Tickets booked as part of a Subsribe & Save can only be exchanged, they cannot be refunded, unless all tickets are surrended and the events are still to happen.
  • Early Run 2 For 1 offer excludes lowest price band, has limited availability and is not currently available to purchase online.
  • Subscribe and save offer excludes lowest price band and matinée performances and is not currently available to purchase online.
  • Under 26? offer is excluded from shows where the lowest published ticket price is below £8.50.
  • Subscribe & Save, ITFC discount and Theatre Club discount, are applicable per qualifying person.
  • Ticketing offers issued, cannot be used against tickets that have already been purchased, unless expressly stated in the offer.

GIFT VOUCHERS

  • Vouchers may be exchanged at face value for tickets from The New Wolsey Theatre or items from The New Wolsey Coffee Shop, Bar or Kiosk.
  • Once purchased vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Vouchers can be exchanged for items of a higher value on payment of the difference.
  • Change is given in cash up to the value of £5 and in vouchers thereafter.
  • Standard conditions of sale apply to items purchased using this voucher.
  • Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Vouchers will be sent out using either Recorded or Special Delivery with Royal Mail, dependant on the value of vouchers purchased. Both methods will require a signature upon delivery.
  • By purchasing Gift Vouchers from The New Wolsey, you consent to The New Wolsey Theatre Co. Ltd holding your details on its sales database. We will not contact you for any reason other than in connection with your purchase unless you ask us to. To join the mailing list please contact the Box Office.

 £5 Ticket offer to first time attenders

  • The New Wolsey will send a voucher entitling first time bookers, who also join our mailing list, to 2 tickets costing £5 each.
  • The voucher will be sent after the new booker has attended the performance.
  • A first time booker will be classed as someone who has not booked for any event or activity through the New Wolsey Box Office facilities, including acting as an agent for other companies, previously.
  • Groups, organisations, Jellybean Club members and schools are excluded from this offer.
  • First time bookers are per household, multiple bookers at the same address may not receive multiple vouchers.
  • Voucher terms and conditions will apply.
  • The New Wolsey Theatre Co. Ltd reserves the right to withdraw this offer without prior notification

The use of recording equipment of any description is strictly prohibited in the theatre.
